Cottage in the woods

This lovely light airy open plan cottage is situated in our wooded garden in central Hout Bay. Our home is screened from the cottage by bushes making it nice and private. You have shared use of the garden and pool. Off street parking and good security. We have installed solar power and battery back up making us greener and to help alleviate power outages. The space A unique split level space, cosy but spacious - perfect for a couple or family with young children who will love the little bunk room. It’s central in Hout Bay so good access to beaches, tourist attractions and the village shops. Guest access Pool and garden access, shared with main house and own private outside seating and braai (bbq) area, shared driveway but own parking space Other things to note We have 3 young children who are curious and like to meet new people. Guests will hear their voices and maybe a cheeky face at the door. Our house is near the cottage.
