Perfect Location for Exploring and Close to Truro

Welcome to 'Woodpeckers', a comfortable self-contained annexe in a quiet country location situated 2 miles from Truro and 8 miles to Falmouth. The property is attached to our home but has its own private entrance to come and go as you please. There is a quiet garden space to relax and dedicated parking for one car. We will do our best to meet your needs to make you feel welcome and for you to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The space The annexe has a comfortable lounge/diner and a small catering area, equipped with a a Tefal air fryer, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. There are eating utensils, crockery and glasses. A Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview plus numerous other channels and Wifi. There is a separate double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with an ensuite shower room. Guest access Guests can access the property via a key safe but we are often around to welcome you when you arrive to show you in. Other things to note There will be complimentary tea, coffee, milk and Cornish biscuits provided on arrival. Woodpeckers has a Tefal air fryer which is very easy to use plus a microwave oven and toaster for basic food preparation. There are very good local pubs and restaurants a short drive away.
