Overlooking box-woodland valley and farmlands, we are only 7mins from central Goulburn. The space Our comfortable studio with a queen bed has a seperate kitchen and bathroom. It has a small verandah which is nice in the evenings to watch the light change and the sun go down. We are only 2hrs from Sydney; 2hrs from the coast and 1hr from Canberra. Many options from this quiet peaceful space. Guest access The Green Room is all yours to use. Our house is only 30m away so you are staying in our garden. Please look around if you'd like to....through the garden, through the paddocks, but NOT into the paddock where the cows are! The calves (during calving season) are so appealing but the mums can be a bit over protective when their calves arrive. Look from behind the fence. PLEASE leave gates as you find them...if they are open, leave them open, if closed, close them behind you. There is a picnic table in one of the paddocks which makes a nice place to watch the sun set with a beer or bottle of wine..just ask me to point the way. Other things to note No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Bring indoor shoes/slippers so you can leave outside shoes at the entrance. Please be thoughtful about the use of electricity (for environmental reasons), water (as we are on rainwater), and rubbish (as we have no municipal collection).
