The house boasts 3 generous bedrooms accommodating up to 7 guests. All rooms have views to country vistas and The Rock over the fields. Full kitchen, bathroom laundry & plenty of outdoor space. The space Relax in peace and quiet, or experience life on a working sheep and cropping farm. You will be renting the entire house. The house has 3 bedrooms consisting of :- -Queen Bed & Ensuite -Queen Bed -Double bed & Single Bed There is a lounge room with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, 2.5 bathrooms, an equipped laundry, and a verandah around all sides of the house. There is plenty of parking and a large yard to enjoy. Guest access Access is via the main driveway to the property, it is shared with the tennants of the private rental next door, farm vehicles, and occasionally livestock. There is plenty of space within the house yard for parking including for multiple vehicles and vehicles with trailers. The house is approximately 3km from the main street of The Rock to access the supermarket, bowling club, cafe, butcher, chemist, and other conveniences. The Rock nature reserve is a 4km drive via the road, or 2.5km via bike or walking through our property (contact Joel for permission and directions) The Bullenbong Rd may be busy during harvest time (nov-dec) as we are close to the local grain stores.
