Free off-street parking is available at all times with your own designated car bay. The space The studio is nestled away at the end of a set of 4 terraced, ground-floor units with it's own private entrance and courtyard. The courtyard contains a 5-seater Colorado Spa and is set amongst beautiful gum trees which are home to an abundance of native birds. Being at the rear of the complex with double-glazed windows keeps it cosy and quiet. Split cycle air conditioner to keep warm in winter or cool in summer. 55" Smart TV with free Netflix and Android Apps. Ensuite bathroom. Kitchen with cooktop, microwave oven and small fridge/freezer. There is no formal dining table or study space, but there is a coffee table and chairs inside the room and an outdoor table and chairs for sitting outside. Fast WiFi. Nespresso Coffee Machine. Tea, coffee, wine and local beer samples are all provided. Milk, bread, jams and cereal are also provided for a light breakfast. Bed linen, pillows, towels and soap/shampoo are included (NB: towels and linen can be changed weekly for longer stays). Guest access The entire space is for your own private use (see the 'Plan View' image). The space has its own entrance and is completely separate from the other units. Other things to note Everything is self-contained for your own private use, however you will need to ask me for access to the Laundry/Dryer if required so that I can unlock it for you.
