The Pelicans Resort - Family Room

The Pelicans Resort is a NON BEACHFRONT property in Ligtasin Beach, Lian, Batangas that sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, gentle breeze, and golden sunset of the west coast. Where you, friends and family can enjoy the pool and walk going to the beach and enjoy the sunset. The space Family room can accommodate up to 12 person and may request for folding mattress. Beach is 2 - 3 minutes away from the actual house and we have care takers named Jason and Hazel where you can ask for additional water activities like Peddle Boat, Banana boat, Island hopping, Floating raft/balsa. Pricing will be disclosed upon check in or inquiry. Other things to note Additional charge for the below : Gas PHP 300 per night No Corkage for Food and Drinks Shared Kitchen and Pool Standard check in : 2pm Check out : 12nn Free parking space Bring your own toiletries. We only have shared kitchen which is open for all and bring your own cookingware and dining utensils, we only provide refrigerator and gas stove. You can also bring food & drinks no corkage fees. Pets are NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the room, but if you are going to bring pets make sure you have cage.
