A shop next door ensures convenience, and a restaurant underneath offers a 10% discount. The city center is a scenic 25-minute walk or a quick 10-minute ride by car or bus. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, seeking a memorable coastal retreat with a blend of tranquility and urban exploration. The space The apartment offers shared balcony between two other apartments, and soon to be grown private fence. ¨ Inside the wardrobe there is enough space for your clothes, sometimes we leave extra sheets inside for you to put on if its cold/hot to put away. The kitchen includes all things you need to prepare food. Not the cooking ingredients! Location, ❤friendly host, everything is right around apartment(shop, two restaurants, bus stop, beach) Guest access Front terrace which shows amazing view towards sea, islands, boats and sailing club Uskok. Guests can also park their cars behind the apartment clomplex, from up to 15 cars may fit for now. Other things to note Since there is restaurant underneath us, and sometimes there can be an event with music.
