A little family nest

Read the ad carefully: Perfect for a family vacation. We are trusting people, as every year we leave our little nest during our holidays. A small 4-year-old female cat lives there, loves children, and will need you while we are away. Located 8 km from Annecy and 47 km from Geneva. Eager to discover our beautiful region, we will be happy to let you enjoy it The space The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two of which are available for guests. One bedroom with desk for two people and another child with a bunk bed for 2 children and a wooden crib with bars. We provide a changing table if necessary with a baby bed to avoid taking the whole house, if you ask us. All our children's toys are available, thank you for taking care of them and letting your children enjoy them fully. The common area has a sofa bed. You also have access to the garden and terrace covered with a pergola, deckchair, hanging egg, dining area and garden furniture. There is also a children's playhouse outside and a slide. We leave the children's play area available. You can also find 3 play areas around the accommodation. You will have access to everything you need in the kitchen. For our cat who wants to spend his vacation with you 🙃 Food, water and litter will be available. We leave the litter box available just in case, but our cat goes outside so normally there is no need inside. Sweety loves to play in the outdoor cabin with the kids. Please note that the garden is fenced only on one side. We can't wait to share our home and our area with you. A small vegetable and herb garden is also available, so don't hesitate to help yourself. Our accommodation is ideally located to have peace and quiet.
