Our newly-renovated, century-old house is nestled on a hillside with panoramic views of the bush, just a three minute bike ride from the centre of Derby and just five minutes from the head of the Blue Derby trails. This house is ideal for groups of riders (of course!), families and couples. The space We're a family of MTB riders, so we've set up the place with riders in mind. When you get home from a day on the trails, tired and muddy, there's an outdoor shower and an outdoor bath with 180 degree views into the bush. We believe the little things make a big difference when you're on holiday... In the kitchen there are Smeg appliances, a powerful heat pump, stoneware crockery and a coffee machine. In the living room there are books you'll actually want to read, a Bose sound system connected to NBN WiFi, a trunk full of board games and a wood fire. In the bedrooms are king-single, queen or king-size beds with high-quality doonas and big, fluffy pillows. Guys over six feet tall -- you're in for a good night's sleep. Here's a closer look at the sleeping arrangements: BEDROOM 1: One queen bed and 1 single trundle (only set up when required) BEDROOM 2: Two king single beds and 1 king single trundle bed BEDROOM 3: One daybed that converts into a King bed OR two single beds side by side. BEDROOM 4: One single bed. This room is small, but the view makes up for it! Guest access You can access all areas :) Other things to note - A high-quality doona and pillow come as standard on all beds, but the advertised price doesn't include bed linen. This is to keep costs down for those who want to bring their own linen. If you can't bring your own linen, don't stress. We can make up as many beds as you need -- so you can arrive late at night and go straight to sleep without having to make your bed. The linen surcharge is $25 per person.
