The space This room is newly re-furnished with a new queen sized bed and new big desk. This room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and bread toaster. The host’s kitchen is just opened - the guest can arrange schedules to avoid crowding and distancing is being maintained. Guest access Microwave & refrigerator, extra pillows & blankets are in the bedroom. Bread toaster, coffee maker, dishes & silverwares, portable heater are available upon request. Recommended Use of Washer and dryer once a week - Washer $5 and dryer $5 per load. Provide your own laundry detergent. Kitchen is arranged by schedule to accommodate everyone. PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF. NEVER LEAVE COOKING UNATTENDED. The host’s kitchen is just opened to the guests with schedules to avoid crowding and distancing is being maintained. During your stay I work full time but my guest’s concern is in equal priority. I will attend concerns (if there’s any), please leave a messages and i will respond asap. Other things to note NO SMOKING POLICY IS STRICTLY OBSERVED IN THE PREMISES. STREET PARKING only guest parking PASS provided. STREET SWEEPING every Thursday 11:30am to 3:30pm. You can’t park your car on the assigned streets on this scheduled time. NO visitors / party. NO guest/s should answer the door for the host unless it is your food delivery.
