The space LONGER STAYS ARE AVAILABLE BY SEPARATE NEGOTIATION. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, the cottage is set over 4 floors. On the second floor is a dual-aspect twin bedroom with views of the harbour and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom on the first floor can be made up as a super-king or twin, and provides easy access to the family bathroom. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining/living room and a cloakroom. The lower-ground floor offers a separate TV room which opens on to sun-drenched garden - perfect for alfresco dining. Please note - the stairs are steep and narrow - not suitable for those with mobility issues (there are baby gates for young children). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and garden. Other things to note There is no parking on the property. York Street is a non-restricted area and on-street parking is limited (please read the signs!). In high season, I recommend purchasing a visitor permit for the Brunswick Road car park just 2 minutes walk away. This is valid for all council car parks on the Island so it’s great for sightseeing. For those bringing bikes – there is a bike storage area at the Redjet terminal, or please get in touch before your stay to ensure you have access to bike storage in the garden via the back gate.
