Casa Joop na Montanha with Heated Swimming Pool

Casa Joop can accommodate up to max 8 people. There are three bedrooms two have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds. The living room has two sofa beds. There are three comfortable bathrooms in Casa Joop. The living rooms and bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating options. In the living room you can open the sliding doors onto the terrace which has a stunning view over Alportel, the mountains, hills ,village and the pool. The space Together with Casa Patricia (which is also for rent), Casa Joop forms a two under one roof: 2 identical houses for up to 8 people each. In the spring of 2017 this villa was finished. From the villa you have a 180 degree view of an authentic small village and the surrounding hills. At the front is a beautiful nature reserve with olives, pine trees, cork oaks and eucalyptuses. The living room of Casa Joop is spacious with an open kitchen. The living room has doors to the south terrace with panoramic views over the lower pool, the hills and the village. The terrace for the living room is 45 m2 and is separated from Casa Patricia by a wall. On the terrace is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. There are three comfortable bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Casa Joop has three luxuriously bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating options. The pool is, as you can see in the pictures, located downstairs accessible through stone steps. It is 10 x 5 x 2m ascending and has a very spacious terrace that is partially covered by a pergola, for the necessary shade. Here is a wooden table where you can eat outside. This terrace is separated from Casa Joop by a thick large curtain. There are plenty of sun beds. Outside the summer season, Casa Joop and Casa Patricia are offered together for a reduced rate for 2 people and therefore also very suitable for couples who want to overwinter. Guest access Entrance through hall: access to all three bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom is north facing with two single beds and two facing south with double beds and sliding doors to the balcony. The northern and southern bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet, or you can use the third bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. You can take the stairs down through the entrance hall. Here you enter through another hall in the spacious living room with air conditioning, dining area and open kitchen. Here is the access to the large south terrace. On this floor there is also a third bathroom with toilet and a laundry room. Other things to note • Minimum stay: 6 nights. • Arrival / departure possible on any day. • Beach towels available. • Non-smoking house. • Air conditioning: max. 50 KwH per day (approximately 10 hours per house) included. Calculated above according to consumption. • Cleaning once a week. • Extra cleaning in between: 60 euros. (not included) • 2 children's beds and 2 children's chairs. • Cooling and heating via air conditioners. • 1st time firewood offered, then 40 euros per week. • For security reasons we have analog CAMERA's on the front side. • Important: you must declare the right amount of guests. When there are more you have to declare that through airbnb. When there are more then declared we charge for a extra 20 euros per person per night. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.
