As you enter, you will be greeted by a soothing scent that just reminds you of that comfortable sanctuary you would call home. Tired from a trip and you will feel the urge to relax right away on the comfortable couch. Sunlight rays peeks through the half-open black-out blinds and fills the rooms from the east in the morning. Paired with a perfect blend of coffee for that easy going mornings and you will surely be delighted by the views from the window. You can see the northern skyline of BGC and a beautiful horizon overlooking the ocean fills out your perspective. I have enjoyed a number of sublime sunsets while reading a good book right beside the window coffee table. Staying at the place makes you feel in your own little nest surrounded by office buildings and quite literally an oasis in this concrete jungle. Location, Location, Location: This exclusive residential building is new and was just completed less that a year ago. It's safely nestled in a more quiet but much more upscale area of BGC (Bonifacio Global City) where everything you may need from business, banking, shopping, culinary and entertainment locations, all but a few steps away. That is why this area is called Uptown, it is the newest and one of the most exclusive residential districts of BGC and you are centrally located with over 150+ culinary choices. The place is just a block away from The Palace, offering 4 luxury bars/clubs, and more around the area. The Residential Tower: The entrance of the place is just in front of a brand new Starbucks Coffee with a perfectly shaded walkway as you enter the premises. You are greeted by a grand lobby, where you will be welcomed by a 24/hour concierge staff. A lot of generous, comfortable sofas are provided where you can chill while awaiting for your check-in. The Place: The place is furnished with a stylish and modern design. New York vibe is what I was going for and stripes and greys is what fills your visual palette. The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable customized 3 seater sofa that can be converted to a single bed. Coffee tables and adjustable side table are provided. A 48-inch SMART TV with Netflix and Youtube provides an excellent selection of entertainment options, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite news and shows. The place is also cooled by 2 independent A/C units, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Plants are eloquently positioned to provide that relaxing mood along with my curated art pieces that will certainly boost up your mental and spatial sensibilities. Executive and modern while keeping in line with the zen and simple minimalist living will be your lifestyle while staying at the place. The Bathroom: The bathroom is one of the key design elements of the place and feels tropical and bright with pool mosaic inspired tiling and cove lighting to illuminate your 30-minute hot showers. A generous amount of towels is provided for each guest, along with a selection of soap and shampoos. A washing machine with dryer and spin function, ideal for light traveling. No need to worry about laundry fees and over loaded luggage! We provide an ample amount of soap, detergent and fabric softeners. To complete your shower is a hot and cool function hair dryer. Voila! And you're looking fresh and ready for a day's work or a night out. The Bedroom: Now we get to the good part. Why book the place? Really. After you've considered all the options, what is it truly that sets the standard for a good accommodation? What is the essence of an Airbnb which is derived from its inception? That is providing a bed and breakfast. - well breakfast comes after. The bed is a Full-size which can fit 2 people! The headrest is premium tufted with elegant fabric. The mattress is new and firm. Our bedding is premium whites hotel standard cotton and we provide an ultra comfortable blanket. Perfect to get a comfortable sleep every night! A working table with a comfortable seat is provided along with an extension cable for easy access when charging your devices - a perfect spot to work or rest your laptop on. If you're a business traveler, getting work done is a sure thing. The view from the bedroom window are offices and a nice horizon to the left gives you a perfect angle of Laguna bay. Want some privacy? Then just carefully adjust the premium drapes to complete the blackout experience. A full wardrobe with generous space for your clothes as well as hangers, an iron and ironing table has been provided. The Kitchen: Here comes the breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot plate, perfect for fixing yourself some bacon and eggs in the morning. It has a toaster to toast your croissants and we even provide fresh butter! A microwave, of course , one of the most universal kitchen fixtures. Don't forget to turn on the range hood while cooking your favorite meals. A full set of plates, wine glasses, saucers, bowls, cutlery and glasses can be found on the cupboard. Water kettle to make your morning coffee and oh by the way, we provide some fresh distilled water as well to start you off with your trip. The dining table is a customized white Scandinavian 4 seater with a glass table top. Perfectly elegant while keeping it simple and functional. Entertainment and Connectivity: The place is powered by unlimited high speed fiber internet connection exclusively provided by Globe Telecommunications, one of the leading service providers in the country. Multiple devices? No worries, the place is serviced with a dual wifi connection plan. Streaming on your mobile while downloading emails on your desktop can be done simultaneously all day. The kids can play their favorite mobile games on their tablet while Mom does some online shopping and Dad get's to catch up on his favorite news all at the same time.
