Set up like a luxurious one bedroom apartment, this house is ideally suited to two guests. The Haven is wonderfully positioned high above the town of Scotts Head and provides a true sense of being a million miles away while remaining only a short drive to world class beaches, cafes, and everyday essentials. The house is set high above the town of Scotts Head giving you a feel of serenity, quiet tranquil escape and providing glorious views over the coast and mountains. The Cottage is a large one (1) bedroom house, with its own private entrance, a covered verandah and is set up just like a luxurious hotel apartment. Features: King bed with ensuite , linen and towels, built in wardrobe, separate lounge and dining table (for 2), kitchen with oven and dishwasher, quality furnishings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs, Wi-Fi access, comfortable outdoor setting, BBQ, laundry, garage. There is plenty of room for a portacot if traveling with one. Scotts Head – a few minutes drive is a well kept secret (but well known by surfers) , our beautiful quiet seaside village. Scotts Head has a lot to offer, including spectacular beaches with a variety of surf breaks, headland walking tracks perfect for dolphin and whale watching, bush walks options with picnic areas in Yarahappini, boat ramp at main beach for deep sea fishing as well as facilities at Warrell Creek for river fishing. The town has a bowling club, pharmacy, mini-supermarket, butcher, bakery, tennis courts, bottle shop as well a cafes - including the SMH listed restaurant Greek Style Taverna 6 - casual and relaxed, offering tapas style plates. Within 10-15 minute drive you have Macksville where a Woolworths is located and other shops, cafes, restaurants, golf course, pools etc. North to Nambucca Heads is only about 25 minute drive away – you will find there large shopping centres, more beautiful beaches, tennis courts, cinemas, golf course, boat hire and other holiday attractions. South to South West Rocks is about a 35 minute drive away – again more beautiful beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, golf course, boat hire etc. Other things to note Continental Breakfast is supplied for a small additional cost paid on departure.
