Gracetown Views. Leave the car, walk to the beach

Our house is a lovely 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with great views over Gracetown. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach. The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. The huge upstairs living area boasts great views of the bay. Our house is well stocked and impeccably clean. It has a lovely relaxed beach vibe and has recently undergone final renovations to install a new chefs kitchen, well stocked with all the essentials as well as everything you'll need to whip a a fab meal!! The bottom story is essentially open plan with large dining room, sitting room and kitchen. Off to one side is a new laundry and bathroom. A passageway leads you to the three bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite). Heating in master bedroom and electric blankets in 2nd and 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms now have ceiling fans. We have recently installed a slow combustion fireplace which heats the house beautifully... some wood supplied May-mid October. Enjoy a bbq on the lower level deck overlooking a grassed area. Upstairs features a massive open plan living area with super comfy couches as well as a protected deck to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine and take in the views of Gracetown Bay. The 3rd bathroom is also on this level. We provide all brand new linen and towels and also cotton beach towels. The house boasts lovely furnishings, artwork, a great book collection and plenty of board games. Prices shown are for up to 4 guests and extra guests are $50 per person up to 8 guests. Please note that although we adore dogs this house is not pet friendly. Gracetown Views is an ideal spot to base yourself not only for the beautiful beaches but to get out and explore the entire Capes region from Dunsborough down to Augusta!!
