The space The Jaffa Roofhouse penthouse was designed by one of Israel’s well-known architects (Ben Gitai), the full renovation was completed in 2020 and it has been awarded by “Archdaily” Broadcasting Architecture Worldwide: - 2021 building of the year in the category of the houses. Designed to create a unique flow between the inside and the outside spaces, with curved walls made of special technology of using hemp, preserving the natural light and airflow in the penthouse. The synthesis of the space in the Roofhouse is based on the idea of dividing the living area into two zones: the living room, which is made up of a continuous curved earth structure, and the private spaces which are oriented towards the outdoor space- a huge Rooftop with panoramic view, over the sea, the beaches, and all the city of Tel Aviv. The living area includes an indoor and outdoor dining room and kitchen, a huge rooftop with an amazing shower, and a fancy restroom. The bedrooms: one suite with a toilet, a private, large shower, and dressing room- all well equipped with everything you might need. And a second bedroom with a closet and a private bathroom. The rooftop: 200 square meters, outdoor kitchen and sofas, and modern sitting areas, large table. The inside kitchen: fully equipped with all kitchenware, mixer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, pans and pots, kitchen towels, and all other items needed for cooking. 3 Toilets and bathrooms: equipped with fresh towels, hand-made soap, and extra complimentary products in the cupboard. Leisure: bars and restaurants below the penthouse, option for Pilates/ Yoga/ massage, and any other additional service your heart desires (with additional pay). Private Chef's Dinner: The JAFFAROOFHOUSE offers a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can order a private chef to prepare a delicious romantic meal for you to eat in perfect privacy, and with the most beautiful backdrop of the sea on your private terrace. To keep you and other guests safe from COVID19, all the penthouse is thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant solutions that adhere to the strictest official guidelines. Meticulously cleaned and disinfected before our guests arrive and after they leave. As part of our new cleaning and hygiene protocols, our housekeeping staff wears gloves and a face mask while cleaning; toilet seats and buttons, as well as bathrooms and high-touch surfaces, are regularly disinfected; and beddings are sanitized after each use. In addition, to make it easier and more convenient for guests to clean their hands at any given moment, we placed hand sanitizer dispensers in all public areas.
