The space The villa, a two-storey cubic private property, that is bathed in light, with uninterrupted views of the sunset, the crystal sea of the blue Aegean and the Islands of Tinos & Delos, is located in Pouli, Ano Diakoftis, a very privileged area, only 4km from Mykonos town. It is very close to Korfos bay (where there is a Kite-surfing facility), Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located at only 3min drive. Although the villa is so close to all these places it is not a "walking" distance. It is necessary for guest's convenience to rent a car. There's a bus transport from Corfos-Ornos which connects to the Chora and to all popular beaches. In Ornos also there is a boat transport to all popular beaches. The villa is built in a very privileged position offering sea-water infinity edged pool, fabulous verandas and spacious terraces that overlook the sea. To reach it you should drive up and down a small hill. It is elegant decorated with special attention to detail and comfort. The villa has 190 sq.mtrs of living space, with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and consists of 2 levels, connected with indoor staircases. In the upper level, there is a living room with fire place, a dining room, both connected to a spacious veranda with built in seating area overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a double-bed bedroom and a bathroom. In the lower level, there is 1 double-bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom & 2 double-bed bedrooms with a bathroom, a second living room all connected to a spacious outdoor area with infinity view of the sea, with the swimming pool area, with sun loungers and with pergola covered dining & seating areas. The house offers : Satellite TV, DVD, WI-FI. Every room is equipped with TV, air condition, safety box and hair dryer. Cleaning of the villa and change of linen twice a week. Swimming pool towels are provided. Extra Maid service can be arranged. Especially for the month of August we can offer in-house maid & cooking services, at extra charge.
