Just go directly to the apartment after 16:00! Please download check in guide for the access of the apartment. ● In the mailbox, you will find the room key in a key box. ★Check in and Check out Time ● Check in Time: 16:00 (luggage drop after 12:00) ● Check out Time: 10:00 (Please return the room key to the mail box.) ★Late check out ● Late check-out fee: 3,000 JPY per hour (latest until 12:00 noon) ● Please arrange late check out with host at least 1 day in advance. Other things to note Things to keep in★ mind If you lose your● room key, you will be charged 15,000 yen for a replacement key. ● Because it is a general residence, please cooperate in maintaining the living environment for other residents, such as footsteps, loud conversations, and loud use of AV equipment. Please be especially careful after 9 pm. ●All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is confirmed, there will be a penalty of 50,000 yen. No Shoes in the● unit. (We will provide slippers) ●Pets are not allowed. ●Paid parking is available nearby. Please do not take the● garbage out of the room. There is a penalty of 15,000 yen if illegal dumping is confirmed. If you'd like to dispose of● oversized trash, please contact the host. Guests will be responsible for the cost. If the● room becomes extremely dirty, we will charge a separate cleaning fee. ● Please help us sort the trash. ●Please do not use the futon mattresses or pillows in the closet.
