My place, completely renovated in 2016, is close to restaurants, public transportation and nightlife, you will enjoy its atmosphere. It is perfect for couples, families and business travelers. Avignon is a city full of charm and surprise on every street corner. The space Refurbished, my apartment is both comfortable and in a good location; it is central (close to theaters and many tourist places to visit in Avignon) and at the same time very quiet, so it allows you to relax and sleep well. The first bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed while the second offers a double bed in the mezzanine as well as a single bed underneath, usable either for a child or as a sofa. The very spacious living area consists of a dining room (with a beautiful stone table for dinner) and a large living room, in which you can enjoy a beautiful piano and a large HD TV screen, comfortably seated on large sofas. The bathroom, brand new, offers a walk-in shower, a large sink and a washing machine as well as a dryer. The kitchen, which opens onto a charming terrace, offers you all the amenities you will need during your stay: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, many dishes, etc. Guest access The place is fully rented, except for a small office that I keep closed. You can use a safe to store your papers and important documents. Other things to note During the low season, the accommodation may be suitable for business trips, or mid-length stays, possibility of a price per week (570 euros), or per fortnight (990 euros).
