This traditional 50s style apartment is located at between Kichijyoji and Mitaka station.The apartment is clean, peaceful, and located in a very safe area, surrounded by friendly neighbors. This is an old & ragged building. Not suitable for older people. Best for students and backpackers. Shower is outside and shared. Sensitive people should not stay. Netflix and games. Speed wifi. Home theater. Help Ghibli tickets. Self-check in. The space Authentic Japanese tatami is wonderful. I hope you will enjoy it. There is a very good wifi connection.(2gb) There is 21㎡ of space. And it is a wonderful location. A nice feature of this building is the shared outside corridor where you can communicate with others and enjoy the view. There is also an information board that I have provided to give visitors insight into current events and hotspots for Art, Food and Culture. Guest access Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. Shared stairs to corridor. Private entrance to apartment. Shared shower. Private toilet. Private kitchen. Shared laundry behind apartment. (150yen washer/100yen dryer) During your stay I will introduce you to the location and I will show you the facilities on the day you check in. Other things to note I am very open to improvements and feedback to satisfy the needs of the guests. We made an original shower room in the corridor. Guests need to share the shower. But bedroom, Kitchen and Toilet are private. You can use the coin laundry behind the guest house(150yen). There are 2 machines, and please use the left one. The right one is broken. Electric is only 20A, so you can not use many electric devices at the same time. But you still can use the Air conditioners, dryers, refrigerator and so on.
