Within walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. We welcome small, non shedding dogs only up to 8kg. This property is not suitable for bigger dogs and pets The space The granny flat is a completely separate dwelling next door to our main house. It has its own separate entrance on a different street to our main entrance as we are located on a corner block. You enter the property through a gate into a courtyard. Two steps up the deck and you are at the front sliding doors and main entrance to the granny flat. There is a 4 seater table on the deck to enjoy outdoor meals. As you enter via the sliding doors there is a spacious lounge area with a sleeper couch and one comfy armchair. There is a large TV with Netflix. This is open plan with the kitchen which has a 4 seater table. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and large corner pantry. Off the living area is the bedroom which is light and airy and has a walk in closet - perfect for storing luggage out of the way. Then there is a short corridor with a laundry at one end ( equipped with a washing machine) and to the left is the bathroom with double vanity and large shower.
