Rose's studio apartment is above a recently built garage in a leafy street in the heritage suburb of Mt Eden. It has been decorated to a high standard and equipped with every comfort. It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes. The space The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. A tasty breakfast of homemade muesli, fruit, yoghurt and toast will be provided. The bathroom has heated towel warmer and underfloor heating and the main room has freeview TV, a Sonos sound bar, heat pump and free wifi. The queen bed is very comfortable and has quality linen and an electric blanket. Guest access The apartment is separate to the main house and has its own private entry. In the warmer months, you are welcome to enjoy our heated pool and relax under your own poolside sun umbrella. Eden Epsom Tennis and Squash Club is directly across the road and welcomes visitors for a minimal fee. It also has a small gym. Other things to note We have a little dog called Tilly. She loves visitors and might want to say hello. Please keep the gate shut though, so she doesn't leave the property.
