”The Shelter” - flat in separate guest house

How would you like to stay in a fully functional fallout shelter? Now you have a chance. This sturdy building was refurbrished three years ago and has been turned into a stylish guest house. It is located in a quite area with excellent communications. It is completely separate from the house in which we live. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen including a dining area, a shower cabin, a toilette and a parking - all you need for a pleasant stay. The space The guest is met with open and charming area. The guest house boasts a living room with sofa, TV set incl Netflix free-of-charge (Chromecast), kitchen incl dining table, shower cabin, WC and a bedroom. Guest access There is a free parking spot available in front of the guest house, directly accessible from the street. Other things to note - There is no AC installed, but none is needed either as the building is very well isolated from the outside. - If you smoke please do it outside and let us know if you need to dispose of the cigarette butts. - No walking with shoes inside. There are flipflops in the shoe cupboard at the entrance. - Please help us recycle. The recycling station is located in the shed near the street in front of The Shelter. - There is an AC charger available for EV, but it’s not free of charge. Please let us know if you want to use it.
