The space Apartment on the second floor (ground floor + 2 floors), WITHOUT ELEVATOR, in a small, non-busy street (no noise), with 3 large comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms (shower, toilet, bidet, sink), kitchen and dining area with access to the terrace. Tastefully decorated, recently restored, ideal for two couples or a family of six (4 adults and 2 children), best location, good value for money. There is one AC split in the central room (the hallway) and one fan for each room (2 bedrooms, TV room with sofa bed, kitchen) The stairs are quite steep, this may be a problem for people with mobility problems. Guest access CHECK IN time is from 3pm to 10pm: a precise meeting time must be agreed at least one week before arrival. This is not an hotel, there is no reception outside the agreed meeting time. NO luggage deposit available. This is an entire apartment, guests will have their own set of keys to access the apartment. Other things to note CITY TAX* is not included and must be paid in cash at check in (4 euro per guest per night) PASSPORT* (and national ID card for EU citizens) must be presented at check in for the mandatory registration at the Police (no driving licence or other documents can be accepted) * This apartment is rented legally under the Italian law of touristic rentals (Locazione Turistica), guests understand and accepts the Italian law. * The apartment is not a good fit for 6 adults.
