Guests have access to the house with the booked rooms, including the terrace with pizza oven, barbecue area, and play lawn. All rooms that are not booked will remain locked. The Hobbit Room is located one floor lower with separate outside access; its private bathroom is just around the corner in the wellness area. Parking: There are free parking spaces for approx. 6 cars, located about 90 m above the house (1 minute on foot along the official hiking trail with a slight downhill slope). For luggage transport, 6 small, easy-to-handle luggage carts are available in the garage next door. Tourist tax per person per night: • Adults: CHF 3.00 • Children 6–16 years: CHF 1.50 Optional: Towel set (CHF 5.- per person) The house offers 6 themed rooms and 3 bathrooms. Electricity (heating in winter via storage heaters, air-conditioning in summer) is charged according to consumption at CHF 0.42 per kWh. Average cost: CHF 7.– to CHF 15.– per day, depending on the number of rooms being heated.
