Peace, tranquility, romance, family and fun. The wide open spaces of our family farm provide it all. The entire 150 acres are yours to enjoy and explore or use as your base to explore the nearby natural wonders of 90 mile beach, Tara Bulga National Park, Agnes Falls, historic Port Albert and the Gippsland Lakes. The home is designed and built to accommodate large families with the dining table seating 12 next to a giant wood burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is complimented by appliances. The space The home features 4 large bedrooms all with quality beds, mattresses and linen. The master has a full ensuite and the main bathroom has a fantastic 2 person, deep spa bath, perfect for those romantic nights. The property is setup for cattle and horses but no animals are currently on the farm leaving you free to wander and explore. Guest access If you are into fishing, horse riding or motorbikes the property is ideally located near the McLaughlins Beach Boat Ramp (15 mins) for boaties, the famous Woodside Surf beach (8 mins) for beach fishing and swimming and is patrolled throughout summer, Mullundung State Forest for motorbikes (5 mins) and you can bring your own horse and house them in the dedicated horse paddock that includes 2 loose stalls. Got friends or family visiting? Caravans and camping are all available at minimal extra cost (Max 20 people). Other things to note This is a farm and as such there are hazards. We encourage all people to wear enclosed footwear at all times out side. The wildlife is prolific with wallabies, emus, echidnas and wombats all common in the area and around the farm. But beware of snakes from Spring to Autumn. Rarely seen but always there, you can encounter Tigers, Browns and Red Belly Black snakes. More information is available in the home. Yarram is 22kms west of the property and has all the services you would expect in an established country town including a large Coles supermarket. If you need something more, Sale is 50km east of the property and takes about half an hour to reach. The nearest hospital is in Yarram. Fast food, petrol and fishing supplies are available at the Woodside Service Station just 3 minutes up the road.
