It is a short walk from Reading West train station and minutes from the bus stop (33 Bus Route). It is a twenty minute walk to the town centre. - The comfortable lounge has a large screen TV with premium channels including Sky Sports. - The modern kitchen includes fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine. - The master bedroom has a king size bed and wall mounted TV. - The small guest room includes a small (4 foot) double bed. - There is a single family bathroom with over bath shower. - There is a small patio area to sit outside on warm days.
