We designed our place to feel like "home away from home" -a perfect escape from the noise of city life, located in one of the best go-to cities for cold weather, great food, great views, and lots of tourist attractions. Your stay comes with free access to Disney+ and Netflix. The space Our space has a mini kitchen, perfect for quick meals, complete with an induction stove, rice cooker, water heater, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. For a great bonding time, we have a 42" TV to watch your favorite shows. There is a double-sized bed and a twin pull-out bed which can accommodate 4 people. To catch the cool Tagaytay breeze, you can also go out the balcony. To add more relaxation during your stay, a water heater is also installed in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee, toiletries, and towels are also provided. Important Reminders: -Please keep in mind that you are staying is somebody’s home, so please treat our place like it is your home, too. Please treat our home with care and respect as you would your own. -We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests per stay, with an additional fee of PHP300 for one additional companion, please make sure to provide the names of the guests who will be staying with you prior to checking in. *SMDC allows a maximum of 4 guests only per unit. -Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by SMDC -To ensure that we provide the best experience to all of our guests, we highly discourage cooking meals with strong odor such as dried and smoked fish. -Hygiene and cleanliness is our top priority, so when walking inside the unit, please only use the slippers provided, and strictly no shoes or slippers on the carpeted area. Slippers are not to be taken out of the unit by any chance. -Please keep the noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing our neighbors. -Please report any damage immediately -Please conserve energy by turning off the lights and the air-conditioner whenever you need to leave for a long time.
