A cosy and personal flat in Helsinki City Center

A lovely, personally renovated 2 bedrooms apartment for 2 persons. Excellent neighbourhood in Töölö, near the city centre, the railway station (1,2 km), the bus station, and the leading museums (Kiasma, HAM, Ateneum, Amos Rex) and the various galleries are near. In addition, there are a lot of restaurants very near. Cosy apartment with art, Wi-Fi, 6th floor (no elevator). Very quiet (guests are also supposed to be quiet). No smoking, no pets and no strong perfumes of any kind allowed. The space Töölö area is a quiet neighbourhood even though it is in the centre area. Our over 100 yearś house is located so that you have nice views of the streets and the inner yard from the balcony (1/2 floor down). During summertime, you will hear birds singing and church bells ringing on Saturday afternoons and Sunday late mornings. We are artists who love colours and old stuff, so if you look forward to getting white walls and brand-new things, this might be not your place. But, on the other hand, if you like the atmosphere of the Pompeian burned colours and colours from the Caribbean islands, this is your place! Obs! The flat is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. Guest access We provide a cosy and comfortable 60 m2 home for you - 2 bedrooms: 120cm bed in one room (for 1-2 persons), and upper balcony to sleep for one person in one room. There is an upper window between the rooms - Obs! The flat gets a lot of sun during the mornings in the summer times, so if you can not sleep when it is light, take sleeping eyepatch with you. - Tiniest but loveliest kitchen you ever have seen in Finland - Towels and bed linen provided - Fully equipped kitchen with old china and glasses, please be careful - Free coffee and tea, salt, sugar and cooking oil - Small but functional bathroom with a bath and shower - shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer provided - nice tiny balcony with flowers and herbs (1/2 floors down)
