The space This split level home with high ceilings can sleep 12, with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles, 2 double bunks), 1 bathroom with fully equipped kitchen also featuring a family room with fireplace and adjoining sitting room with single day bed and trundle (single). Large glass windows and sliding doors open out to a spacious area to entertain including BBQ. Or simply soak up the quiet bushland setting amplified by birdsong and passing wildlife. Private driveway and carport for 2 cars. The property is family or large group friendly with trampoline, board games and a huge yard to run and play. STRICTLY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES - GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO CONFIRM IN WRITING BEFORE BOOKING WILL BE APPROVED. Firewood provided for first night, additional wood onsite for $20 a bag - bank transfer to owner. Please note driveway is steep, please proceed with care. Low vehicles not recommended.
