Have your cameras ready as every corner of our home in its rustic-industrial interior design is Instagram-worthy! The vibe is surely perfect for relaxation when in Metro Manila – truly a home away from home. The space All appliances can be utilized by guest/s plus freebies making every guest feel at home. In order to prepare for the next guest/s we DO NOT ALLOW early check in nor late check out. Unit is located at the 26F of Vinia Residences, facing Main city highway (EDSA), main Train line (MRT) and city Skyline. Please expect minor noise especially if windows are open. **NO PARKING** Rustic pad is equipped with: - Sky Cable - Netflix - Wifi unlimited - Air conditioning unit - Top of the line front load Washer/Dryer combo inside the unit and hanging rack if needed - Clean towel, sheets and tissues - Guest kit (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap) - Induction cooktop, cookwares and basic kitchen necessity such as sugar, coffee, cream, cooking oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper - Complimentary bottled water - Rice cooker - Microwave oven - Hot and cold shower - Shoe storage - Wardrobe - Basic cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaner, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid Sleeping Area We can only accommodate up to 3 guests. 4th + guests will be PHP 300/each for the duration of stay. This will be deducted on your deposit Please declare the exact number of people who are staying in the unit, otherwise penalty of PHP 200 will incur. We also require valid ID of all guests. Cleaning fee: PHP400 Deposit: PHP 1000 (refundable as long as no damage in the room) We have double bed that can comfortably fit 2 people, and sofa bed with pull out underneath. No crib for babies. NO SMOKING NO PET ALLOWED NO PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE PREMISES NO PARTY Do not wear shoes inside the unit (utilize shoe rack) Pool usage is extra fee Gym usage is extra fee No dangerous chemicals, drugs, weapons or violence Thank you and enjoy your stay Guest access Guests are allowed to use all furnitures in the unit. You may cook (except foods with stinky smell such as dried fish), keep food items in the refrigerator, store your clothes in the closet, etc. Amenities include adult and kiddie swimming pools and gym. However, use of these amenities are to be paid SEPARATELY. You should pay for the rates to the property’s admin. Parking - There are no parking space in the facility. Nearest parking is at Trinoma mall, you can leave your car overnight for a fee Other things to note Only the number of reserved guests will be allowed in the premises/unit. We strictly require a security deposit of Php 1,000.00 which is refundable upon check-out. No security deposit no check in. The unit will be audited prior to check-out and should there be any damages made to our place, trace of party, undeclared guest, the entire PHP 1000, deposit will be forfeited plus additional fee (TBD: To be determined) if other damages are done. During your stay, we will provide: > Clean towel, sheets and tissues > Guest kit (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste) > Complimentary bottled water > Coffee, sugar and cream > Basic spices (salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce) *Parties are strictly prohibited (This is due to recent, and unfortunate booking where our unit was trashed) *Additional guest request, as long as communicated with host ahead of time will be PHP200/guest This is our personal home so please treat it with care like your own!
