Our apartment is located about twenty meters from the main beach of Grau du Roi, the ideal place to go in a swimsuit directly to the sea. The apartment is in excellent condition, bedding changed in 2022, and bathroom completely renovated in 2023. The residence is very quiet. The apartment is equipped with double glazing. You are a one-minute walk from the main shopping street of Grau du Roi. Rare and privileged location Other things to note The apartment does not have a private parking space. There are two options for our tenants: - there are free parking spaces all year round along Avenue de Camargue, which starts behind the Post Office, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment; - there are paid municipal parking lots all around the city center of Grau du Roi, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
