Punakaiki Garden Suite nestled amongst Nikau Palms

Sunny, self-contained studio apartment - the latest addition to my Kiwiana Paua Palace residence. Prime location near the Punakaiki river mouth, opposite the Paparoa Track, NZ's most recently opened Great Walk. I live in the adjoining apartment, a tour guide with 26 yrs experience. Beach and river mouth access; Pancake Rocks, cafe, shop and visitor centre are within walking distance. The space Recently completed Garden Suite finished to a high standard. This one-bedroom studio apartment is light and sunny. It has a luxury Queen bed, and we supply quality cotton linen and electric blanket. Access is through french doors from a private patio in the garden, surrounded by nikau palms. The full kitchenette includes a hotplate, microwave and cooking essentials (including tea, coffee and condiments). A table and chairs provide for comfortable dining and reading/writing. Why not use the barbecue on a beautiful evening?. The separate, cozy retro sunroom has a fold-out couch and a TV with a DVD player and NetFlix. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with complimentary bulk Eco-toiletries—Compost bin & recycling on site. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Guest access Off-road parking, secure bike storage, use of patio and garden furniture. For guests walking local tracks, vehicle and bike storage is available for a nominal additional fee. Other things to note Please note that there is only Vodafone coverage in its particular area. Spark is about 1 km away. Make sure you copy location and key info details before you get there if you are not with Vodafone.
