The apartment we offer is the ground floor of our villa. The apartment has a separate entrance directly overlooking the pool. You also have exclusive access to the garden with lounge and outdoor kitchen. Please write to us before making a reservation 😊 The space Please read the listing carefully. ———————————————— • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE POOL • -> YES the pool is privatized for our tenants -> BUT it is not private. ———————————————————— ⚠️ the ceiling height of the apartment is 2 METERS ⚠️ ———————————————————— • THE SPACE • 🏡 Exterior fully and exclusively at your disposal: - A beautiful 7.30 m long swimming pool and solarium with a flowery garden. - Sheltered garden furniture - a covered outdoor dining room - a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen 🍗 A charcoal barbecue is also available to guests. 💧 The pool is not secure. You must supervise your children 🚪 50 m2 apartment: • A living room with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker with capsules, and dishes), table and chairs, a desk and a dressing room offering multiple storage spaces, and useful accessories. • The equipped kitchen is outside with dishwasher, oven, stovetop, a 2nd fridge + freezer. • A bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV, a dressing table, • Well-equipped bathroom and separate toilet. + basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton) • A sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. • A child's bed can be added, which we provide upon request. • Windows are equipped with mosquito nets. ❄️ We have not installed air conditioning because the basements of our villa are adjacent to the apartment and that creates natural air conditioning, the ambient air is very pleasant in summer and remains cool. Fans are also provided. ❄️ • All necessary linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and others in reasonable quantities depending on the length of your stay. • 🅿️ Free and accessible subdivision parking for your vehicle (outdoor, not closed), in the immediate vicinity of the villa. ———————————————————— 🛣️ GETTING AROUND / PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: 🛣️ 🚗 BY CAR: The accommodation is located 4 min from the port of L'Estaque - 15 min from the old port of Marseille - 30 min from Aix-en-Provence ⚠️ IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING, there is no bus near the villa. The nearest bus stop is at the port of L'Estaque. FROM THE VILLA ON FOOT: 40 MINUTES DOWN THE HILL ROAD TO GET TO THE PORT OF L'ESTAQUE. BEWARE, UPHILL IT TAKES 1 HOUR TO GET TO THE VILLA.
