I live in the apartment on the top floor of the house and the guest enjoys their bedroom with a private bathroom on the ground floor. There are common areas, such as the kitchen, dining room and furnished outdoor terrace Guest access The common areas: - A living/dining room that connects to the terrace - Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances The tenant's privacy is assured by the apartment's layout, although I am easily reachable to help with whatever you need During your stay The room will be rented for specific periods of time, maximum one week (always negotiable) The host lives in the apartment, sharing the common areas with the guest. I am always available for any questions that the guest may have.
