ROOM WITH SEPARATE BATHROOM FOR THE GUEST'S PRIVATE USE. The room has a large sofa bed, a built-in wardrobe, a dresser with drawers and shelves. The room faces outward and has a large window overlooking the street. Pillows and bedding (sheets, duvet, blankets) are provided. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest, and towels and bath gel will be provided. There is a fan available to the guest Common areas: - fully equipped kitchen - Living/dining room - Terrace The space Duplex apartment, located in the northern part of Madrid, in a very quiet area, so rest is assured. I live in the apartment on the top floor of the house and the guest enjoys their bedroom with a private bathroom on the ground floor. There are common areas, such as the kitchen, dining room and furnished outdoor terrace Guest access The common areas: -salon/dining room that communicates with the terrace - fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances The tenant's privacy is ensured by the layout of the apartment, although I am easily reachable to help with whatever you need. I live in the apartment During your stay The room will be rented for specific periods of time, maximum one week (always negotiable) The host lives in the apartment, sharing the common areas with the guest. I am available for any questions the guest may have.
