Sunny room - for a girl! Our apartment is near to city center. In the apartment are staying girls and we share a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet & shower. The room is just perfect for the female guest to overnight in the city, it has a bed with a comfortable matras and a working desk. It faces to the beautiful historical square. In the foyer there is a microvawe and a coffe apparat. I'm happy to host you, feel wellcome to Berlin! The space At the moment, please only vaccinated/recovered/tested persons are allowed to book. Hello dear Berlin guests! The apartment is located in a charming Berlin apartment building from 1896 in Berlin's trendy neighborhood Victoriastadt - Kaskelkietz. The house has preserved the flair of the reunification period and reflects Berlin's neighborhood life in the East. Close to Rummelsburger Bucht, Ostkreuz and Boxagener Kietz. In the apartment, I have set up a private room for you. The room has a bed and it is equipped with pillows, duvet, fresh linen and fresh towel. The room has the following dimensions: 160 x 380 cm. In the room there is a large window, heating, a table for the laptop, a dressing table by the window and two chairs. In the morning the sun shines in. The room is relatively small, it is located towards Tuchollaplatz and the beautiful window view gives you the nice feeling of being outdoors. In the apartment there is the bathroom with a window, shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is right next to the room. You can use the water cooker and a microwave to prepare food in the little foyer. The coffee machine is also there for you to use. A small cat lives in the apartment. Sometimes a cute dog comes to visit from the girlfriend. Women live in the apartment, so the room is only rented to women. THE ROOM IS ONLY FOR WOMEN. Wi-Fi can be used at no extra charge. There are good shopping opportunities in the vicinity of Ostkreuz and Boxagenerkiez as well as nice pubs, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Rummelsburger Bucht and Ostkreuz are only a 5-minute walk away. There you can go for a relaxing walk or jog. There is also a very nice opportunity for sailing and canoeing in Rummelsburg Bay. There is also a cool climbing hall there. The area of the apartment is quite quiet. The lively Boxagener Kietz is still within walking distance. Very important: I have a responsible job and work there during the day. For this reason, I ask you to be patient until I can write you the answers to your questions. I look forward to welcoming you! Other things to note For professional reasons, I have different times for the possible check-in. Please let me know when exactly you want to check in so I can tell you when you can check in. Please make sure the heater is turned off before the window is opened. If you turn up the heating with the window open, the extra heating costs will be charged. These range between 10 and 50 euros per day depending on the outside temperatures.
