Private canal studio - ideal location

Cozy studio in the hart of the city center on one of the prettiest canals. It is located just outside of the red light district on a quiet part. The room is accessible through a private entrance and contains two single beds that are linked together to form a king size bed (cannot be detached), a desk and a private bathroom. It is located in a monumental house from 1750. Free wifi is available. Main tram and metro stops are only two minutes walking away. Dam square is just around the corner. The space What I want during my holidays is a private, clean and quiet apartment on a good location and with a good bed. My studio, though not big, will provide you with all of this. It contains a fully equipped bathroom, a small fridge and a water cooker. If you are over 2 meters tall, my space will probably not be very suited for you due to the low ceiling. Freshly washed sheet linen and towels will be provided. Guest access The studio is part of a larger house, but has its own front door and private bathroom. It is accessible though the common stairways on the second-and-half-floor of the building. During your stay After a personal welcome, you will probably not see me very often, but if you need anything, you can always text me. I do not speak other languages than English or Dutch. So please do not write me in any other language. Don’t waste both our times to negotiate the price. The answer will always be no. Other things to note The tap water is of very good quality and safe to drink. It does not even contain chloride. Don't waste your money on bottled water.
