This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. NE facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants. The space The location of this apartment is very close to recreation areas, shopping and clubs/pubs. A small shopping mall with woolies and Aldi's is only 600m away or the massive Stocklands Shellharbour mall is 4km away. The large Shellharbour workers club is 5km away. Apartment 2 is on first floor, must climb stairs 1 level. Maximum 2 guests. Guest access For stays of 4 nights or more, access to the shared laundry can be arranged. There is an additional beach shower and toilet on the ground level for all residents to use. Private NE facing balcony (ok for smoking). Other things to note Dear valued guests, this is just a reminder that we are a residential property in a coastal residential area experiencing normal australian residential conditions. We are not a large hotel chain with unlimited resources but private apartments. Please note that from time to time it is possible for a few bugs to present themselves as is an unfortunate part of life near the coast even with spraying, even lizards are known to be in the backyard in the warmer months.
