Beautiful child-friendly home in quiet surroundings, close to city life, shopping, zoo and overlooking beautiful Søndermarken. The 87m2 apartment is divided into an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, living room in open connection with the kitchen, and children's room. From the living room there is access to a closed terrace, with a sandbox, barbecue and morning sun. The apartment faces away from the main road and is therefore not disturbed by noise. At the end of the road, we have a lovely sunny playground. The space The apartment is best suited for a family with children or for one or two couples. Of real beds, we have in the bedroom a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and in the children's room a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). In the living room, the sofa can be turned into a 3/4 bed (140 x 200 cm) and we have an additional floor mattress of 120 x 180 cm. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine with milk frother, soda stream, blender and waffle iron. We have a dishwasher. On the terrace we have a gas grill, which you can also use. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note CURTAINS: In the bedroom and in the children's room, we have blackout curtains. The living room gets quite bright early in the morning. PARKING: We have a private parking area with a parking license that you can borrow. PLAYGROUND: temporarily closed!
