We are 5 minutes from the beaches that offer stunning views of Fort Boyard and the 3 Islands (Aix, Oléron and Ile Madame). Our family home "Aix Keys" is ideal for a family vacation or to discover the richness of the region of: Fouras, its beaches, its Vauban citadel and its legendary Fort Boyard (TV game). The space Our villa "Aix Keys" (see our site for more info) covers 180 m² and offers you 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets (including 1 independent): - the Suite "Rêve de Ré" in a duplex of 35m² with on the 1st floor the bedroom and its large private bathroom with an Italian shower, WC, double sinks and a private jacuzzi for 2 people. - the Suite "Douceur d 'O" in duplex of 30m² with a private outdoor hot tub for 2 people and on the 1st floor the bedroom with its large private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and double vanities. -the Bedroom "Aix 'Capade" on the ground floor with access to the main bathroom with a walk-in shower, a corner bath, toilet and double vanities The large living room of 60 sqm offers very pleasant comfort with views of the garden and pool like all the rooms of our house. Flat screen TV 142 cm (300 channels), DVD player and very high speed internet, are of course at your disposal in the living room. The kitchen is new with a central island with 5 seats for lunch. It is equipped with all the modern and necessary equipment (induction table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso...). A lingerie area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board with steamer, extra fridge and freezer is attached to the kitchen. The entire landscaped garden is at your disposal. You can enjoy the heated 10x5 swimming pool (June to September) and secured by an electric shutter or sip a cocktail lying in the outdoor sofas under our pergola. We also provide an electric plancha for your grills New New New 2025... We are delighted to be able to offer you a new service at "Aix Keys". Since December 2025, we have provided an electric vehicle charging station. This paid service will allow you to easily recharge your car during your stay. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information and to take advantage of it when you book. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests. Please note, even if we do not access it during your stay, a small part of the house (about 40 m²) remains private for professional reasons. Other things to note No parties allowed. Rental for 6 people exclusively, no additional person or outside visitor will be accepted during your stay at "Aix Keys". The property is completely non-smoking.
