Our modern architectural guest house is located in the trendy Dunedin suburb of St Clair. Just 5 minutes away from white sand beaches, world-famous surf, golf, heated salt-water pools, & an array of restaurants & bars. Either roll straight out of bed & onto the golf course, work-cation in style just 10 minutes drive from the city center, or use this as a base to explore the scenery & wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals, the yellow-eyed penguin, & Larnach Castle. The space This modern beach house apartment consists of an open plan living area, kitchenette, & bedroom. Also found in the unit is a laundry consisting of a washing machine & washtub as well as a private bathroom with underfloor heating. The living area opens up onto a spacious deck that sits in & around a strip of New Zealand native bush with sun from mid-morning until it goes down. The stylish kitchenette is complete with a generous sink, convection microwave oven, bar fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, extractor fan, & all the basics for cooking and dining. The living area and bedroom are divided by a two stair split level & funky divider feature wall, that ambles down to a spacious bedroom with views of Cargels Castle - one of only two of New Zealand's castles. The sofa bed (small double) in the living room is also available to be booked as another bed option for children, or for one adult - to let us know you require the sofa bedding to be left in the unit, please select ‘3’ guests upon booking. Located right across the road is St Clair golf course, one of the most challenging Club Courses in New Zealand and boasting World-class views of the Pacific Ocean, its beaches, & the City of Dunedin. Guest access Free off road and on road parking available. Other things to note - No animals to be left in the unit alone at all times. - The property is not completely fenced but toilet trained dogs are permitted but are to remain off all furniture and bedding, please. - Please bring your own sleeping arrangements for your dog. An outdoor teather and water bowl is provided. - There is a honey bee hive on the property. - There is a locked off door in the laundry area for cleaners use only. This does not connect to the next door unit and is only a cleaning cupboard.
