Immaculate sundrenched unit with outdoor area

Situated next door to the peninsula leisure centre This is a great place for a weekend escape to the fabulous central coast. Only 5 mins from ETTALONG and UMINA beaches. Across the road you can walk along the river great for early morning sunrise walks. The space The unit is 2 bedroom and owner lives here when not travelling for work as a marriage celebrant. Owner will not be at unit when guests are staying. You have full private use of space but some personal items will still remain in the unit. The owners bedroom is locked and you will have full use of the second bedroom and all other areas including outdoor area, large bathroom with huge shower bath and car parking space. Some of the kitchen cupboards are closed but you are free to use condiments, spices, oils etc.. There is a great supply of cooking products (pans, baking items etc..). Air frier, Soda stream and a dishwasher. Your bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a double sofa bed in living room for 2 people.
