Whenever I wander it is important for me to feel at home & relax after an amazing day. The space Important Reminder for Guests please be advised ♡ Swimming Pool Rules: As of September 2023. *All Guests and Staycationers can book for the use of the swimming pool starting from 3pm to 10pm only, good for TWO (2) HOURS per schedule. Number of allowed persons per schedule will be 25 adults and 15 children. (Total allowable number of persons to use the swimming pool). Every Monday - pool is closed for cleaning and sanitation. *Pool is limited to forty (40) swimmers only; 25 on the adult pool and 15 on the kiddie pool. *As per building regulation it has to be scheduled in advance prior to use. Limited slots per day. ————————————————————————————————— First of, the flat is new. I just got it last February 2018 and started with Airbnb on the 17th of April 2018. The flat is in good location as the vicinity is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, salon and spas, supermarkets (SM Cherry Foodarama Supermarket, Circle C) and is near Trinoma and SM North Edsa. There are a lot to add on the list (there’s also a hospital nearby, a school, a church and a whole lot more.) Literally everything you need is in walking distance. I've also indicated below a list of places to go, etc. for your reference as well nearby malls, schools, hospitals and a whole lot more. Check-in is at 2PM and check-out is at 12PM. NOTE: Cleaning of the swimming pool is every Monday FYI. Effective June 13, 2018, Property Office will implement pay parking already. Rates as follow: 50 php for the first 4 hours and succeeding hours is 10php. Fixed rate of 100 pesos applies from 6pm to 6am. However as it is in a commercial area, there are a lot of as space nearby to park for free FYI. Mothly parking is PHP 5,000. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *Newly furnished flat *Smoking is not allowed in the flat. *Air-conditioned flat (2) both in the living room as well in the bedroom. *With FREE WIFI installed *TV with TV Plus and SKY Cable *Equipped with Water Heater (hot and cold water in shower) *Not suitable for pets. *Three (3) occupants only as per building policy. Government issued IDs to be presented to Reception/Security upon arrival. This is also a requirement to be sent to me in advance upon booking to be forwarded to the building admin a day prior to your arrival. *Guests have access to elevators, garden area and swimming pool. *Comfortable mattress *High quality sheets & comforter set *Full Kitchen *Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as a good guest. *I have fully equipped the flat with items you need hence any loss/defect must be compensated. (Please note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by fault of the person that you are responsible of and that you are obliged to pay for it.) *Please handle the key with care. In case of damage or loss during the time of your stay we will charge PHP 2000 pesos for it. Have a pleasant stay! Wishing you all the best! Other things to note *Incidental fee of PHP 2000 upon checkin which will be returned to you upon checkout/returns of keys. For longer stays up to 5 days onwards would be PHP 2000 instead and for stays more than 2 weeks will be PHP 3000. *PHP 1000 will be charged as cleaning fee to guests leaving the flat untidy; full of rubbish, mess and non-adherence to proper waste disposal. Please respect and observe the houserules as mentioned on the page and maintain the overall environment of the home.
