Very peaceful setting and neighbourhood and fully equipped with everything needed for a memorable and relaxing family holiday. The space The house is not a five star hotel but it is cosy and beautiful and definitely great value for money with early check- in and late check -out (on request). Something you will not find with other holiday accommodation in the area. Self check -in with lock box. It has two spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed. A portacot is also available. A third bedroom may also be available by request only (at an additional charge of $30 per night) **Please note: Linen for beds is not supplied and you will need to BYO pillow cases, sheets, doona covers and towels. Bed linen can be provided for guests who are travelling at a very minimal cost. Please enquire at time of booking if you would like linen to be provided :) ** bookings of 3 nights or more : bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Pet friendly : Please enquire at time of booking! The place is pet friendly and 'well behaved' dogs are welcome accompanied by their responsible pet owners (not inside the house though). There is a very large yard which is fully secured with fences and gates and plenty of undercover decked space to keep your fur babies warm and dry :) The house is spacious, cosy, clean and open plan with kitchen leading to dining and family room. A cosy wood fire is available for guests to use and doubles as an oven below. * Fire wood supplied (one bag of red gum and one bag of kindling) for winter months only. * All other times please bring your own fire wood or the Venus Bay general store and the Tarwin Lower IGA sells fire wood at a very reasonable price. There is also a split system air conditioner/heater. A separate airconditioner in the main bedroom. A small portable oil heater for the bedroom and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms as well as the living area. A gas BBQ is also available for guests to use with gas provided. Extensive decking surrounds two sides of the house with table and chairs and an outdoor lounge suite. There is a Smart TV with ‘access’ to Netflix (using your own Netflix account) and a DVD player with a huge amount of popular DVDs to watch. A great selection of board games are also available as well as a ping pong table for family enjoyment. It really is a ‘fun’ house! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. There is plenty of off street parking on the grassed area directly in front of the house enough for 2-3 cars. Other things to note Early check -in and late check -out is usually possible at no extra charge. Please message me through the Airbnb app to request. I will be available 24/7 during your stay for any problems or questions you may have and can be contacted via the Airbnb app. Please add the “correct” amount of guests at the time of booking and please note the maximum amount of guests is 4 (plus x1 infant).
