French Lick Farms is a unique farm stay getaway, located on 80+ acres near French Lick in the heart of Southern Indiana. Looking for a slower pace that connects you with nature? The Lodge is a converted barn that offers private guest rooms with access to all French Lick Farms has to offer. The Single is a Queen room with private bath, desk, coffee bar and front porch. The Single is a 1 BR (Queen) w/Bathroom with a separate entrance through the shared front porch/patio. The space features: - Queen bed - Keurig Coffee bar - Private workspace including a roll top desk - Washer/dryer - Large closet The room also has access to the extensive front porch with custom glider/rockers for relaxing. Its the perfect spot to sip coffee and enjoy the wildlife and beautiful hummingbirds! Guests will have access to the entire 80 acre property including hiking, walking trails, firepit, fishing pond and river views. There are 5 RV sites and a Treehouse cabin on the property so it is possible that there will be other guests on the 80 acres. The Lodge features a restaurant style dining area so there is a large kitchen space that you have access to. It has a full kitchen, bar top, dining tables, booths if you need a little more space to spread out. It’s great for group meals, family dinners, game night, cookouts and campfires! There is also WiFi available. The kitchen features: - Guest refrigerators - Gas Oven/Stove - Large Cooking Area - Restaurant style coffee maker - Pots/Pans/Silverware - Baking and Cooking Utensils - Dishes/Glassware - Crockpot - InstantPot - Water Cooler The restaurant area also features a piano for family music or sign along. We also have a variety of games available for kids and adults - Sequence, Uno, Catch Phrase, Monopoly, etc! If you have questions about something you might need, please feel free to ask. In addition to the restaurant kitchen, there is a really cool outdoor cooker, a couple of gas grills, a fire-pit, a huge front porch and you are welcome to use that space but it will all be shared with other guest staying in the Lodge unless it is a full lodge rental. French Lick Farms has both a Property Manager and Maintenance Manager who are are conveniently located about 5 minutes away should you need them throughout your stay. One of our Managers will be there at check-in to get you settled in and do a tour of the property to ensure you have an amazing stay!
