As a result, the tile pops. c.)Second floor billiard area Stairs. Kindly please guide kids and elderly when going up at billiard area. stairs steps are sleepery when wet. 2.) SWIMMING POOL a.) Please be advised that there will be a cleaning schedule on our swimming pool at 11am in the morning daily, during this time the swimming pool will be close for guests usage. However, guest can still enjoy other amenities in our resort while waiting for there check out time. b.) Solar Swimming is powered by sunlight the flow of hot water will flow from the solar tubes to the children's swimming pool and will continue to flow into the adult pool. the solar pool heater will not work at night and when it rains but it will be able to maintain warm temperatures until night if the sunlight continues in the morning. 3.) WASTE SEGREGATION FINE of 1,000.⁰⁰ a.) WATER, ELECTRICITY AND WIFI a.) The water we use in this listing is supplied by Water District of Amadeo, Although were getting good water supply, if all the guest will use the water at the same time there is possibility that the water supply weakens or loses water temporarily. b.) We are using Meralco Electricity for the appliances and Solar for water heater inside the bungalow house. ⚡Kindly please switch of Appliances when not in use to avoid electric shortage. c.) Wifi you can enjoy upto 30mbps unli fiber. kindly ask our caretaker to assist you fo password. 4 .) Irresponsible Behavior ✓Irresponsible behaviour and threatening towards the host, caretakers and neighbor of the house will not be tolerated. The host has a full authority to end guest stay in the house id there is any case and or information that assume the guest(s)have related to any irresponsible behaviour , threatening and abusive conduct toward the mention person above. No refund will be given cancellation/cancel stay due to irresponsible behaviour , threatening and abusive conduct toward the mention person above. The Host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once booking is cancelled and or the stay has ended. 5.) THE LOCATION Amadeo Brgy.
