Lake View Villa in Batangas by Mertola's

Our beautiful place with a unique view of the Taal lake and Tagaytay ridge is an eco-friendly space where you can relax, unwind and bond together with your family and friends. Truly a small piece of paradise in the heart Batangas. If you are more than 20 guest, please send us a PM here. The space Rolling hills, mango and coconut trees are mostly found within the area. Free coconut juice are available depending on season and upon request. Some fruits such as rambutan, langka, mango, apple mango and indian mango during season are also free but please ask for personal consumption only. We have a total of six rooms. We have two (2) bedrooms below the viewing deck over looking the lake and one (1) at the main guest house near the entrance of the farm and one (1) room adjacent to the main villa and another 2 big rooms from our newly constructed viewing deck. Our villa could accommodate 16 + guest comfortably. We can also provide one extra bed per room (the extra bed can accommodate 1 person only). There are currently three swimming pools, 1 kid and 2 adult pool . The property is surrounded by tree-lined walkways, we recommend brisk walking or jogging. Rate: 120$ per night for three (3)guest includes rooms, daily breakfast and amenities. Additional $30 for every guest after the 3rd guest cost per night, inclusive of amenities, rooms, and daily breakfast. Guest access When you rent a room, you have free access to the kitchen, outdoor restrooms, hammocks, grillers, bonfire area, badminton court, kiddie pool and adult pool, (you may also use the rackets and shuttle cocks for free). Other things to note Try local food or have your meat, fish and vegetables bought at the local market. Make sure to check out the market at least early in the morning. Just ask us if you need help to use the kitchen, its free. You can bring your own cooked lunch/dinner. Or you could ask us to prepare the food before you check in. A detailed list of your needs/requests would be perfect. About the free breakfast, please inform us about your customs and culture so we won't be serving foods that are inappropriate for you. Free breakfast are for number of persons booked. We encourage you to try local dishes such as tapang Taal, longganisa, suman and tamales .We are glad that our guest could help out few locals while enjoying their products. We suggest you to bring your workout clothes, yoga mats or book because Mertola's is a relaxing place perfect for reading, jogging, unwinding and a lot more! We just want to give everyone a friendly reminder that we are not a hotel. :)
