Surrounded by lakes, pond, river, gardens and orchards, the spacious house is uniquely built with different varieties of tropical hardwood - with 2 balconies and ample ground floor for family activities. The space Kpg. Butir is a beautiful sanctuary in the Sibuti land district. Our house is 35km to Miri city, 15km to Tusan beach, 22km to Bekenu town, 26km to Lambir National Park, 56km to Niah National Park. Before the arrival of electricity, gas, water and 4G, the house was originally designed to use only modern technology to be off the grid - with solar cells and a water collection system. Guest access The lake and pond have varieties of fish to challenge your fishing skills, Do Not fish with net or electricity and do not take more than you should, only big matured fish. this is a farm and there are many natural animal inhabitants. Be cautious as there are sharp corners and uneven surfaces, some paths are uneven and slippery . Walk at your own risk. Also, swimming in the pond and lake is not advisable. Please don't wander off the path or into other enclosed areas! Other things to note The house uses a water tank reservoir system, please check water level in the tank. Please use electricity responsibly. Please no parties or more than 6 guests without prior discussion and agreement. Our septic system is gentle and we don't want to stress it.
