There will be Security Deposit of PHP 1,000.00 upon arrival refundable upon check out if no damages and violations. This will be given to the caretaker.  2. ALL guests must present a valid ID upon check in.  3. NO UNDECLARED GUEST. PENALTY FOR UNDECLARED GUEST is PHP 1000 per guest per night. There is a PHP 1000.00 charge for lost keys. 5. No pets allowed. 6. STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
