Clean, calm Stockholm studio with personal welcome

Welcome to our clean, calm and comfortable guest apartment on Kungsholmen, one of Stockholm’s most central and easy-going islands. This is a real Stockholm home, carefully prepared for guests who want a practical and welcoming base for exploring the city. Many guests tell us they feel at home as soon as they step inside, and we do our best to make the stay feel easy from the beginning. The apartment works well for both shorter visits and longer stays. The space We always meet our guests in person, show you how things work and gladly share local tips if you want them. After that, the apartment is yours to enjoy in peace – but we are nearby if you need help, advice or anything practical during your stay. The apartment is approximately 25 square meters and fully furnished. It is located on the second floor, with an elevator in the building. There is a comfortable queen-size bed, 140 x 200 cm, and a queen-size sofa bed, also 140 x 200 cm. This makes the apartment flexible for one guest, a couple, two friends or a small family. Guest access The apartment has a small Juliet balcony, a fresh bathroom with floor heating and shower, and a compact kitchenette for lighter cooking. The kitchenette includes a small fridge with freezer compartment, hot plates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and basic cooking equipment. Please note that there is no kitchen fan, so the kitchenette is best suited for breakfast, lighter meals and simple cooking rather than heavy cooking. Wi-Fi is included, with a connection of around 250 Mbit/s. Towels and bed linen are also included. Other things to note We have hosted guests since 2013 and still enjoy meeting people from around the world. At check-in, we give you a short introduction to the apartment and explain practical things such as Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom, windows and laundry. If you like, we are also happy to give you a quick orientation of Stockholm on the map, including Kungsholmen, the city center, Gamla stan, Djurgården, Södermalm and other useful areas. We also have an iron and ironing board if you want to look extra sharp.
